Payment Policy For all new customers, we require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed, and the balance upon completion. Other terms may be available for repeat customers at our discretion. We reserve the right to request payment in full up front. Pick Up and Shipping – We deliver. You can arrange for a courier. We can ship the order at your expense. Price Quotes – Click on the menu tab and submit the online request form. General Information (Screen Printing) – artwork can be 4 color process (CMYK) or up to 6 spot colors. Our in-house artists can work with your own design or create one for you from scratch. Art Fees – We charge $45 per hour to create new designs, edit existing ones or do color separation. The screen set-up fee is separate. The minimum charge is $25.**(average Art Fee is $65.00 per hour)** Hardcopy – We accept clean, crisp black & white artwork for single color designs. Design may be hand drawn or computer generated, but it should be actual size and camera ready. Black & White laser prints or pen & ink designs are best. Color prints, faxes, pencil drawings, ink jet prints or low resolution pixilated prints may be subject to Art Fees at $45 per hour.**(average Art Fee is $65.00 per hour)** General Information (Embroidery) – In order to embroider a design, it must first be digitized. Digitizing is the process of converting a design into a stitch format that will run on the embroidery machine. Artwork can be up to 15 colors. Our in-house artists can work with your design or create one for you from scratch. Digitizing Fees – Depends on stitch count. The stitch count is determined by size and complexity of the design.
